What is the 8 Week Transformation Program?
Now in it’s 8th year the program was created by Original Bootcamp™ (OBC) co-founders and transformation experts, Chief Brabon and Emilie ‘Gunny’ Brabon-Hames. It is an 8 week commitment to Original Bootcamp (OBC) training (2 x 4 week programs) plus a separate registration for the specific 8 Week transformationcoach.com nutrition plan, the most talked about transformation program in the country!
What do you eat? 
Integral to the results of the 8 week program is the eating plan that promotes rapid fat-loss by removing carbohydrates, sugar and alcohol from your diet and putting your body into a state of ‘ketosis’ –where fat stores, rather than carbohydrates, are utilised for energy. While not compulsory, it’s highly recommended to supplement with a multivitamin, protein powder and fibre.
Please note: this eating plan is not appropriate for pregnant/lactating women or women trying to conceive. 
Do I have to be fit to start?
Absolutely not! We pride ourselves on training beginners and athletes alike in a warm and welcoming environment. Our expert trainers will make adjustments to suit your fitness levels and to cater to any injuries or restrictions you may have.
Is it compulsory to attend 3 Bootcamp sessions per week? 
For optimal results, yes. It is recommended to exercise 6 times a week, with the option of home workouts provided on the transformation site as part of your entry for the days you just can’t make it to training.

How much does it cost? 
Your regular OBC fees for 2 x 4 week training programs plus a one-off online payment of $69.99 (Less than $6/wk, recruit discounted price) to enter the program and access the transformationcoach.com nutrition plan. Online you will find loads of recipes, downloadable tools, access to our app and additional home workouts plus you will receive regular email support from HQ to keep you on track PLUS the opportunity to network with hundreds of like-minded OBC recruits via our facebook page.
Training fees: 
$199 for one hour sessions per 4 week program -or- $150 for forty five minute sessions per 4 week program. You can view our full timetable on our ‘Information’ page. When does the Transformation Program start? 
We kick off on Monday 3rd of September 2018. The weekend prior we suggest you take your before photos and measurements, upload them to the site, and then get shopping! Clean out that fridge and pantry to make way for new fresh foods and delicious, healthy items to start the week right.
