Our timetable runs as follows with Original Bootcamp (OBC) sessions Monday, Wednesday and Friday and the optional extra sessions on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Soooooo…..All you need to do now is:
1. Register here THEN sign in and enrol in your preferred OBC session time slot to attend every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (plus optional CRANK/Group PT sessions at no cost).
2. You will receive a confirmation email from us with all the details of what you need to bring. If you don’t receive it, please text Sarge D on 0404 221 987.
3. All done. You now have access to up to six sessions per week! We look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your goals!

6:00am OBC program (1-hour sessions) $199 per four-week program
