We offer our crew affordable and convenient fitness programs.

Simply choose one of our signature ‘TRXboom’ resistance sessions that you’ll attend Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and we’ll open up all of our ‘TRXenergy’ HIIT sessions to you on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays as a bonus – come to as many of them as you like at no extra cost.

You missed your session because you slept in or had to stay late at work? Let us know and come to another session time – we’re all about making it as simple as possible for you to reach your fitness goals.

Costs

We’re pretty proud to be nothing like a regular gym. We don’t believe in sign up fees or contracts. What we do want is for you to make a commitment to yourself for at least four weeks so that’s how long each of our programs runs for. At the end of each four week program we’ll simply ask you if you want to continue. Not very gym-like is it? YAY!

TRXboom: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

Resistance training sessions to burn fat and tone your muscles.

1 hour sessions: 6:00am

$200 per four week program or $50 per week.

45 minute sessions: 9:30am, 5:45pm, 6:45pm, 7:30pm.

$150 per four week program or $37.50 per week.

TRXenergy: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays

Come to as many of these high intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions as you like at no extra cost.
