HOW IT WORKS.
We pride ourselves on being nothing like a regular gym. There’s no contracts or sign up fees and we guarantee your results. We offer affordable and convenient fitness programs, tailored to your goals. All you need to do is choose one regular time slot for our signature ‘TRXboom’ resistance sessions to attend on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, then we’ll open up all of our ‘TRXenergy’ HIIT sessions to you on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays as a bonus – come to as many of them as you like at no extra cost.
We understand that life happens, so if you miss your session because you slept in or had to stay late at work, let us know and we’ll organise for you to come to another session. We’re all about making it as simple as possible for you to reach your fitness goals.

TRXboom: MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS
Resistance training sessions to burn fat and tone your muscles.
1 hour sessions: 6:00am : $200 per four week program or $50 per week.
45 minute sessions: 9:30am, 5:45pm, 6:45pm : $160 per four week program or $40 per week.
TRXenergy: TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS AND SATURDAYS
Come to as many of these fat burning high intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions as you like, at no extra cost.
